2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and place bets on 12xbajje. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age. We may request government-issued ID at any time to verify your age.

Single Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering — providing false information may result in account termination
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is prohibited
• Large withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete
• The email address and phone number used during registration must remain active

KYC Verification Process

For security purposes, 12xbajje reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. Verification may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Members will be notified by email once verification is complete.

3 Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply to all bets placed at 12xbajje at all times — including cricket, football, tennis, and any other sport.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — the only exception is using the cash-out feature where available
• 12xbajje is not liable for any bets affected by odds changes
• Stakes will be refunded if a match is cancelled or postponed, though specific rules apply
• 12xbajje reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the market
• 12xbajje is not responsible for internet delays during live betting

In the event of a match cancellation

If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded. If a match is cancelled after it has started, the outcome will be determined according to the rules of the specific sport.

4 Payment Policy

Deposit

Deposits at 12xbajje can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• There are no extra charges on deposits — every BDT you send goes straight to your account
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Suspicious deposits may be blocked pending verification

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Additional verification may be required for first-time withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name

• Withdrawals may be delayed if banking services are unavailable
• Withdrawals may be delayed on suspicious transactions pending investigation

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

12xbajje regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

Rollover Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified amount — known as a rollover or wagering requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x rollover means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets.

• Bonus funds must be wagered at a minimum specified odds – typically 1.50 or higher
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless stated otherwise in the terms
• Any unused bonus will be removed from your account once it expires
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 12xbajje. Violations will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports manipulation
• Bonus abuse – claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information
• Arbitrage betting – systematically placing bets across multiple bookmakers to guarantee a profit
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Unauthorized access to another member's account

7 Account Closure & Suspension

12xbajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing incorrect information
• Extended inactivity (over 1 year)
• If the member requests self-exclusion
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Members will be notified by email before their account is closed (in cases of fraud, immediate action may be taken). Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will still be refunded.

8 Limitation of Liability

12xbajje is not liable for the following.

• Bets lost or opportunities missed due to internet disconnection
• Issues with the member's own device or software
• Delays or failures on the part of a third-party payment provider
• If a member's login credentials are compromised due to their own negligence
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues

9 Privacy & Data Protection
